We are recruiting for a Trainee Welder to join a well-established and respected manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour. What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with welding and fabrication duties.
* Learning and developing welding techniques under experienced supervision.
* Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions.
* Preparing materials and components for welding.
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Supporting the wider production team as required.
What We're Looking For
* Recently completed a welding qualification, training course, or apprenticeship.
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in welding and fabrication.
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous workshop experience is advantageous but not essential.
