How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you'll be doing
·Leading the delivery of coordinated MEP designs using 3D Revit within a BIM environment
    ·Producing detailed 2D and 3D layouts across RIBA/BSRIA stages 2 to 6
·Acting as lead coordinator, working closely with design teams, specialists, and stakeholders
·Identifying and resolving clashes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
·Driving BIM best practice, innovation, and sustainable design solutions
·Managing model coordination, drawing outputs, and delivery programmes
·Producing high-quality construction documentation including plans, sections, and elevations
·Supporting quality control, design standards, and compliance
·Contributing to BIM execution planning (BEP, MIDP, TIDP)
·Engaging with stakeholders and representing MEP in coordination meetings
·Supporting and leading outsourced coordination teams when required
    What you'll bring
·Proven senior-level experience in MEP coordination using Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)
·Strong background in BIM workflows, coordination, and model management
·Ability to deliver complex mechanical and electrical layouts on large-scale projects
·Experience working across both public and private sector projects
·Confident communicator, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
·Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and design standards
·Experience with CDE platforms and document control processes
·A proactive, detail-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
    What will set you apart
·Experience working across full project lifecycles (RIBA stages 1 to 7)
·Knowledge of COBie deliverables and asset tagging
·Ability to coordinate off site manufacturing solutions (DfMA/MMC)
·Strong understanding of fire protection coordination and structural interfaces within MEP models
·Experience modelling underground services and integrating with civil design
    What you'll get
·Competitive rate of £38 to £45 per hour
    ·Flexible working arrangements
·Opportunity to lead on high-value, technically complex projects
·A collaborative and delivery-focused team environment
·The chance to make a real impact on project outcomes
