How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Village Content Producer – South

    Woburn Forest / Longleat Forest| Circa £29,400 per annum plus company car

    Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media, content creation, and popular culture? Do you thrive on bringing brands to life through compelling digital content? If so, this could be your next adventure. 

    We're looking for a proactive, creative, and digitally fluent Village Marketing & Content Executive to lead and support the delivery of our social media, brand, and content strategy across our villages. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where creativity meets collaboration—and no two days are the same. 

    You'll be at the heart of our storytelling, crafting scroll‑stopping content, spotting emerging trends, and embedding our brand into culture, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. 

    What you'll be doing

    Produce and coordinate content shoots, working our village teams to enable shoot production with minimal disruption to our guests. 

    Champion our brand personality and tone of voice, shaping content guidelines and bringing distinctive storytelling to each village location under your care. 

    Deliver high-quality, on-brand content for Centre Parcs and all associated sub-brands and events, this will include a broad range of content for our master brand and ESG initiatives, as well as key communications for sub-brands such as Aqua Sana Forest Spa, and our food, beverage, and leisure offerings. 

    Edit and adapt content into multiple formats, repurposing assets from one production to maximise their reach across a variety of different owned and paid channels. 

    Proactively generate creative ideas, identifying opportunities and suggesting ideas and stories for our content calendar to keep our channels fresh and relevant. 

    Collaborate with specialist creators to vary output, Work with specialist Photographers, videographers, animators and other creatives to support production, drive engagement, and showcase our brand in authentic and inspiring ways. 

    Working with the wider social team in development and creation of engaging, social-first content – including images, videos, copy/caption ideas, and stories – across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin and YouTube. This will be done in collaboration with the Forest House (HQ) Wider marketing team.

    Your working hours

    You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

    Please note, this role will be hybrid with regular travel between our Longleat Forest village in Wiltshire, Woburn Forest village in Bedfordshire and our Forest House in Nottinghamshire.

    About you

    Essential requirements: 

    A full UK driving license  

    Flexibility to travel to our locations across the UK with frequent weekly travel at our different village sites 

    Flexible to occasional irregular working hours to ensure photoshoot content outside of standard village operational hours to minimise disruption to our guests 

    Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, travel, or hospitality 

    Experience of commercially driven social media content creation supported by a strong portfolio of work 

    Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and YouTube. 

    Excellent writing, creative, and communication/presentation skills 

    Creative storyteller: able to generate ideas, plan and script content and present concepts using mood boards or storyboards 

    Desirable requirements: 

    Confident in framing and filming raw content and capturing imagery using mobile devices or cameras. Strong photography, videography and editing skills, with the ability to work effectively with graphics and sound. 

    Familiarity with tools like Brandwatch, Sprout Social and Facebook Insights. 

    Experience with professional creative software is preferred, including tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva. 

    Ability to work within a corporate business structure and collaborate across teams and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
