You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Project Manager's' role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against programme, cost and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading projects from feasibility through to completion.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Managing project programmes, risks and reporting requirements.
Administering and managing projects under NEC contracts.
Coordinating design teams, consultants and contractors.
Monitoring project performance and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Facilitating meetings and producing clear project documentation.
Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with industry best practice and statutory requirements.

The 'Project Manager'

The ideal Project Manager will have previous consultancy experience and a proven track record of delivering construction projects within a professional services environment.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts.
Experience managing projects across the built environment sector.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and programme management abilities.
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB would be advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
