Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 practitioner looking for a rewarding new role? Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Blackpool area to recruit a talented teacher to take on the split teaching of Year 3 and Year 5 classes from September.

Your new role
As the class teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that meet the needs of both year groups
Plan creatively to ensure progression across lower and upper KS2
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with the wider KS2 team
Assess, track and report on pupil progress
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and familiesThis role would suit a confident practitioner who enjoys challenge, differentiation and bringing learning to life.
What you'll need to succeed

Passionate about delivering high‑quality KS2 teaching
Skilled in adapting learning for mixed‑age groups
Confident with behaviour management and classroom organisation
Committed to raising attainment and nurturing pupil confidence
