Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–1:00pm
MIG Welders Required – Thin Gauge Specialists
Our established engineering client in Rochdale is seeking experienced MIG Welders with proven thin gauge mild steel experience for an ongoing temporary contract. This role is ideal for welders who are confident working on light gauge materials and producing clean, precise welds to a high standard.
Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
MIG Welder Key Responsibilities
MIG welding thin gauge mild steel components
Producing neat, consistent welds on light materials
Working from technical drawings and job specifications
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
Supporting production and fabrication teams as required
MIG Welder Requirements
Strong MIG welding experience on thin gauge mild steel (essential)
Ability to control heat input and prevent burn-through/warping
Competent reading engineering drawings
High attention to detail and quality
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
