Working alongside our Project Managers, you'll support live projects, run your own small works, and keep communication, compliance and Health & Safety standards high throughout.
What you'll do
* Support PMs and run your own small works projects
* Monitor Health & Safety and CDM compliance on site
* Attend site, progress and financial meetings
* Prepare reports, programmes and valuations
* Price instructions, procure sub-contractors and manage suppliers
* Assist with estimates, tenders and final accounts
* Help win new clients and deliver excellent customer care
What you'll need
* Proven experience as an Assistant PM (or in project management) in construction
* Good knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read drawings
* Confident with MS Office and project management software
* Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence (6+ months post-test)
* Construction qualification (BSc/HNC/HND) and SMSTS/SSSTS desirable, not essential

Full-time, 42 hrs/week (Mon–Thu 07:45–17:15, Fri 07:45–16:45). Some travel and occasional overnight stays.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (including the Children's and Adults' Barred List) and may involve additional client vetting
