Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 1 day in office per week. Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer recruitment activities with precision.
Prepare candidate packs prior to job advertisements to attract top talent.
Upload vacancies and candidate packs to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure timely despatch of recruitment packs and applications to hiring managers after the advertisement closing date.
Consult with hiring managers for proactive diary planning to meet sifting and interview deadlines.
Manage candidate communications effectively during all stages of the recruitment process.
Essential:
Significant experience in recruitment coordination within a high-volume environment, leveraging an ATS for campaign management.
Proficient in the MS Office suite; familiarity with SharePoint is a bonus.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands while maintaining attention to detail.
Good understanding of legal compliance regarding personal data management.Desirable:
Experience in the Civil Service or a highly regulated environment.
