Location: Southampton
£13.49 per hour
Monday-Friday night shifts starting from 17:15 until finish (depending on workload)
Role Purpose
This role supports the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport stock while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled correctly
Move stock to designated storage locations and replenish warehouse stock
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch
Carry out daily forklift safety checks and report any defects
Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory control
Follow all health, safety, and warehouse procedures
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant
Support general warehouse duties as requiredExperience & Skills:
Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Good organisational skills and attention to detailAbout You:
Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
