Description
Lead and develop the People Adviser, providing coaching and support to maximise performance
Partner with leaders to understand challenges and deliver commercially focused, medium-long term people solutions
Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
Use data and insight to shape effective, evidence-based people strategies
Support acquisitions and onboarding activity, ensuring alignment with policies and processes
Assist in adopting new technology and data-led approaches to improve services and experience
Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline people journeys
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Qualifications:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Experience:
Generalist HR experience with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach
Strong Employee Relations knowledge with a track record managing complex cases
Experience delivering people solutions aligned to business strategy
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Solid understanding of ER, engagement, wellbeing, D&I and employment lawSkills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into insight
Highly organised, detail-focused, with a service-led mindset
Confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
Proficient across HR systems and MS Office
Passion for coaching and developing others
Proactive, solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
High standards of professionalism, integrity and delivery
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
