Key responsibilities:
Support day-to-day quality and ripening operations across site
Manage ripening plans, stock decisions and quality performance
Lead and coach shopfloor teams to deliver operational KPIs
Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with Production, Technical and Quality teams to resolve issues quicklyAbout you:
Experienced in a Fresh Produce Technical or Quality role
Strong understanding of quality standards, shelf-life and ripening processes
Confident analysing data and turning insights into action
A proactive team leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment
