Aztrum is proud to partner with an innovative architectural practice seeking a Digital Construction Lead to drive their digital strategy and BIM excellence. This senior position offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital delivery, innovation, and technology adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities for this Digital Construction Lead role:
• Define and lead the digital construction strategy across the practice
• Oversee all BIM-related activities, ensuring best practice and consistency
• Develop and implement office-wide standards, templates, and workflows
• Lead training, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives for staff
• Act as a key point of contact for clients on digital delivery matters
• Drive innovation in areas such as automation, AI integration, and process optimisation
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and partnerships
• Improve project delivery through enhanced collaboration and digital workflows
Requirements for this Digital Construction Lead role:
• Extensive experience in BIM leadership within an architectural or construction environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and digital delivery tools
• Strong understanding of BIM strategy, standards, and implementation
• Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo
• Knowledge of software interoperability and digital collaboration platforms
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and change
