This popular and inclusive 11-18 school welcomes students of all abilities and backgrounds, fostering strong values of respect, reliability, self-discipline and pride. We are seeking a motivated Sports Cover Supervisor for both short-term and longer-term assignments, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects, support positive behaviour management, and utilise their sporting experience to build strong relationships with students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Key attributes of the successful Sports Cover Supervisor include:
• Experience working with children or young people in educational, coaching, or sporting environments
• A genuine passion for sport and encouraging positive engagement with learning
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in leading classes using pre-prepared materials
• A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach
