We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in the Engineering sector to join our growing team.

The Role

* Developing new business opportunities and securing new clients

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

* Taking detailed vacancy briefs and providing consultative recruitment solutions

* Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying engineering professionals

* Managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement

* Negotiating fees, terms of business, and offers

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate pipelines

* Working towards agreed revenue and performance targets

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role

* Proven experience recruiting within the Engineering sector

* Strong business development and client management skills

* Track record of achieving recruitment and sales targets

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

* Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
