What's the role about? As Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted right hand to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to wider business success.
Provide proactive support to senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities
Take full ownership of inbox and diary management, ensuring time is used effectively
Coordinate meetings, track actions, and keep key projects moving forward
Support cross-functional business activities and internal projects
Help maintain organisational structure, reporting, and key performance trackingKey Responsibilities
Manage and prioritise complex inboxes, responding on behalf of senior leaders where appropriate
Coordinate diaries, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key actions
Track projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring progress stays on course
Produce reports, maintain KPI trackers, and support business performance visibility
Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Provide flexible support across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsRequirements
You're a proactive, detail-oriented EA who takes pride in staying one step ahead. You'll bring:
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, ideally within an SME environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
Excellent communication skills and confidence acting on behalf of senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive, ‘can-do' attitude with the confidence to take initiative
