We are looking for a Painter on behalf of one of our clients for a long term contract. The Painter is required to work on void properties and maintenance contracts across Midlothian.
This will be long term ongoing work, 12+ months potential for the right candidate.
They will be paying £19.50 p/h. Due to the nature of the work a Driving Licence is essential.

Experience & skills:
* Experienced Painter with excellent previous experience
* Ideally have experience working in void and vacant properities or maintenance work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Ability to wallpaper is not essential but would be a great bonus
* Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
* SVQ/NVQ painting qualifications or Blue/Gold CSCS is essential
