Mileage paid at 45p per mile🛠️ Role Overview:You will be carrying out plastering works alongside general multi-trade duties within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
Strong core trade in Plastering (patch work, skimming, repairs)
Ability to complete basic multi-trade tasks where required
Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or City & Guilds (Plastering)
Good communication and customer service skills
Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties)⭐ What's on Offer:
