How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CML part of the Culina Group are now recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers in Lutterworth.

    CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products across the ambient and chilled temperature ranges, while it also offers a series of added value solutions to their clients. 

    Job Description

    Shifts:

    4 ON 4 OFF Days- 00:30am – 03:00am start window.
    4 ON 4 OFF Afternoons – 06:30am – 14:30pm start window.Salary:

    Basic salary of £36000 per annum plus the extra incentives and overtime rates as below.
    Extra incentives:
    Start times available between 00:30 – 03:00 Shift premium of £10 paid per shift.
    Start times available between 06:30 – 14:30 Shift premium of £15 paid per shift. 
    Overtime after 11hrs- £16.52 Extra Shifts

    Mon – Fri  - £195 per extra shift.
    Saturday - £234 per extra shift. 
    Sunday - £266 per extra shift.

    Qualifications

    6 Months Class 1 experience. 
    LGV/HGV C+E (Class 1) Driving Licence
    Valid Driver CPC and Tacho Card.
