We're looking for a Production Operative (Float Operator) to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Perth. You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to keep operations running smoothly, with a role that gives you exposure to multiple areas of production and the chance to build a wide range of skills.

The RoleAs a Float Operator, you will support multiple areas of production, helping maintain efficiency and high-quality output.

Your duties will include:

Carrying out bonding, cutting and grinding processes
Operating test beds and heating lamps
Supporting different production areas as required
Assisting with machine operation and basic set-up
Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
Performing quality checks on materials and finished products
Recording production data accurately
Identifying and reporting faults or inconsistencies
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
Working to targets within a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Experience working with machinery or technical processes (desirable)
Good IT skills
Strong attention to detail
Flexible and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks
