What you will be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk and manage the entire 360° recruitment lifecycle:
Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking)
Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships
Source and headhunt high-quality talent using industry-leading tools
Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process
Negotiate offers and close deals
Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person
