How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Cloud Wizard Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Partner to help expand our cloud training and consulting business across the UK and Europe.

    Cloud Wizard Consulting delivers cloud training and consulting services to organizations across multiple regions, helping individuals and enterprises build capabilities in cloud, data, AI, and emerging technologies.


    This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have previously sold cloud services, technology training, consulting services, professional services, or enterprise technology solutions and are looking for a flexible, performance-based partnership with uncapped earning potential.


    Important: This is a commission-only partnership opportunity and does not include a fixed salary, employment benefits, or guaranteed income. It is designed for experienced professionals who are comfortable working independently and earning based on successfully generated business opportunities.


    About the Role

    You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping convert those opportunities into training and consulting engagements.

    This is a fully remote, commission-only partnership opportunity. Partners are rewarded through commissions on successfully closed training and consulting engagements and have the flexibility to work alongside existing employment, consulting, or business activities.

    Requirements
    • Previous experience selling cloud services, cloud training, consulting services, professional services, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions
    • Strong understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or related technology ecosystems
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales activities
    • Existing business network is highly desirable
    • Experience selling to enterprise, public sector, education, or mid-market customers is a plus
