How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Client Operations Associate

    London (Hybrid) | £50,000-£55,000

    My client, a growing investment manager, is looking to hire a Senior Client Operations Associate into their central London team.

    This is a hands-on role within a high-performing Client Services function, supporting a broad client base including advisers, investors and institutions. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, acting as a first point of escalation, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and to a high standard.

    Alongside this, you'll support and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and helping to maintain quality across the team. This role would suit someone stepping into a more senior position, with clear potential to move into a supervisory role over time.

    Key responsibilities:

    Overseeing daily workflow and acting as an escalation point
    Reviewing and checking work completed by junior team members
    Supporting onboarding, transfers, dealing and operational processes
    Overseeing reconciliations and ensuring regulatory compliance
    Producing client and internal reporting
    Driving process improvements and operational efficienciesProfile:

    A successful Senior Client Operations Associate should have:

This includes reviewing work, addressing operational queries, sharing knowledge, supporting team workloads, offering process guidance, providing training, and helping to guide and develop others.

    Candidates should demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes and understand the importance of accuracy, diligence, and accountability within an operational environment. Experience within asset management or financial services operations is preferred.
