The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The Head Chef will also be manging another outlet alongside this kitchen so the business are looking for a strong Sous Chef to support and cook the current menus to the highest standard whilst also demonstrating that they have the necessary leadership skills to manage & support the existing brigade!
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Sous Chef position
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in hotel, banqueting, or high-volume kitchens
* Ability to support, train, and motivate junior team members
* Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
