We’re currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a friendly team, supporting Fee Earners and Partners. You will be responsible for assisting the team with a variety of tasks, providing timely and efficient administrative and secretarial support to ensure all work is delivered accurately and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document management and file organisation
* Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails, and other correspondence
* Audio typing
* Scanning, paginating, and photocopying documents
* Opening new files, completing ID checks, and preparing client care letters
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You:
* Strong document management skills within a legal environment
* Confident in formatting and preparing professional documents
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude
* Strong typing and audio typing skills
* Motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
Experience within a law environment is essential for this position.
