Production operative

My client is currently looking for a Production Operative to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality gas cylinders to exacting standards.

Working a 3 rotating shift days afternoons & nights

paying £12.71 per hour weekly pay, with a shift allowance paid on top and over time

Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
Carrying out manual handling tasks as required
Performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet specification
Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health & safety standards
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, not essential)
A strong awareness of health & safety practices
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work reliably as part of a team
Willingness to learn and be flexible across different production tasks
