Are you a CAD Technician with strong AutoCAD experience looking for your next contract opportunity?
Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a CAD Technician to support the delivery of major projects across the Data Centre, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Residential, Commercial Fit-Out, and Heritage sectors. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovation, they are involved in some of the most challenging and high-profile engineering projects in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
·Produce and maintain detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
·Prepare and amend technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
·Support multidisciplinary teams with the production of design and construction information.
·Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and industry requirements.
·Assist engineers with design development and technical coordination.
·Manage drawing revisions and document control procedures.
·Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design information.
·Contribute to quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
·Previous experience as a CAD Technician within an engineering consultancy or construction environment.
·Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
·Experience producing detailed engineering or construction drawings.
·Understanding of engineering drawing standards and best practices.
·Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
·Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
