Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients during night hours

Assist with mobility, continence care, repositioning, and overnight monitoring
*
Ensure clients’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the shift
*
Record and report any changes in clients’ needs or conditions
*
Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during the night
Requirements

Previous experience in care is essential

Ability to work night shifts reliably
*
Strong communication and observation skills
*
Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
