We are recruiting for a Delivery Driver to join a well-established business in Fakenham on a permanent, part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent customer service, and taking a hands-on approach to their work.

Based in Fakenham, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across Norfolk, ensuring machinery and equipment are delivered safely, professionally, and on time. This varied position combines driving, customer interaction, and equipment preparation, offering plenty of variety throughout the week.

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

Deliver machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to customers across the region
Prepare, inspect, and set up equipment prior to handover
Provide basic demonstrations and guidance on the safe operation of machinery
Assist with the delivery of additional products when required
Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
Deliver a professional and friendly service at every customer interaction
Build strong relationships with customers and external contacts
Represent the business positively at all times
Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Keep your product knowledge and industry compliance up to date through trainingWhat we're looking for

To be successful in this Delivery Driver role, you'll ideally have:

A full UK driving licence
An ADR qualification would be advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
Previous experience in a delivery, transport, or driving role
Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or groundcare machinery would be beneficial
Practical mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
