Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
Assist with classroom organisation, learning activities, and lesson preparation.
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for education and working with children.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach.
