We are currently recruiting for a Sander / Prep Operative to join a well-established and growing company. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and plenty of overtime.
The Role:
Sanding and preparing frames before they move through to the paint department
Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working as part of a supportive production team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm
Flexible start times available between 6:00am and 10:30am (as long as you work an 8 hour shift)
What We're Looking For:
A reliable and hardworking individual
Someone comfortable with repetitive work and able to maintain attention to detail
A full driving licence and access to transport is essential due to the client's location
Previous sanding, preparation, manufacturing, or production experience is beneficial but not essential
