Key Responsibilities
* Perform electroplating operations in line with company quality standards and specifications.
* Regularly check plating equipment, tank conditions, and chemical concentrations to maintain optimal performance.
* Conduct quality inspections on completed components to ensure coating thickness, finish, and consistency meet requirements.
* Prepare parts and surfaces for the plating process, ensuring they meet required standards.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures while handling chemicals and operating machinery.
* Complete production records and quality documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Previous experience within an electroplating, metal finishing, or similar manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of electroplating methods, processes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality work.
* Understanding of safe working practices when using chemicals, plating solutions, and associated equipment.
