Are you an experienced bench joiner, looking to step into a senior role, where you can lead a skilled workshop team while remaining hands-on in the production of high-end kitchens and fitted furniture?

On offer is the opportunity to join a bespoke manufacturer of high-end residential furniture and kitchens. The company combine meticulous design with precise production to provide an excellent service to their customers.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the workshop, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a small team of skilled furniture makers. Alongside your supervisory responsibilities, you will remain actively involved in the manufacture of bespoke furniture and joinery components.

The suitable candidate will have experience in bench joinery, specifically the production of 5-piece doors, drawers and boxes. Alongside this, they will be looking for progression into a senior role that will provide leadership training.

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the workshop
Managing production schedules
Ensuring quality standards
Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30
