How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Work This Summer at Co-op and Guarantee Your Autumn Shifts
    ADR Network is rewarding committed HGV drivers with a guaranteed minimum of 28 shifts during October and November 2026.
    How to Qualify
    · Work at an ADR Network-managed Co-op depot from 5th July 2026
    · Complete shifts in at least 7 of the 9 weeks between 5th July and 6th September 2026
    · Achieve a minimum average of 3.5 shifts per week across those qualifying weeks
    · Qualify for our Autumn Shift Guarantee, a minimum of 28 shifts during October and November 2026
    What You'll Receive
    Drivers who meet the qualifying criteria will be guaranteed at least 28 shifts during October and November 2026. These shifts may be offered at any ADR Network client depot within a 20-mile radius of your qualifying Co-op depot, providing you with greater work security and earning certainty throughout the autumn period.

    Terms & Conditions
    Drivers must complete shifts at an ADR Network-managed Co-op depot in at least 7 of the 9 weeks between 5th July and 6th September 2026 and achieve a minimum average of 3.5 shifts per week across those qualifying weeks. Qualifying drivers will be offered an average of 3.5 shifts per week during October and November 2026 at ADR Network client depots located within a 20-mile radius of their qualifying Co-op depot. Drivers must remain available for suitable assignments and comply with ADR Network policies and procedures
