About the role of Principal Designer
This is a lead role for the business, taking responsibility for ensuring all projects are compliant under the Building Safety Act and current Building Regulations. This role will also involve working collaboratively with the Design Management team, Project Managers as well as external consultants.
Requirements for the Principal Designer role
Experience working in a Design Management or Architectural role
Experience working in a the fit-out sector
Strong understanding of building regulationsUnderstanding of the building safety act
