What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the highest standards by:
* Operating and monitoring production lines
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
* Packing finished products ready for dispatch
* Supplying production lines with packaging and raw materials
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
* Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures
* Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
* Reliable and punctual
* Happy working in a busy manufacturing environment
* Able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks
* Team players with a positive attitude
* Previous production or factory experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
