Management Accountant – Client-Facing | Property Sector
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
We’re working with a growing and highly regarded accountancy practice that’s expanding its outsourced finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant who enjoys client interaction, variety, and real responsibility.
This isn’t just a reporting role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape financial decisions while leading a small team internally.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of property management client
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
- Delivering meaningful financial insights and commentary
- Overseeing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payment process
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and meetings
- gsSupporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members

What we’re looking for
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Experience within practice, outsourced finance, or similar client-facing environments
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Strong technical grounding with a proactive mindset
