Main Responsibilities:
• Driving new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering sales (hires)
• Achieving agreed hire sales targets, within your area
• Supporting the Sales Opportunities within our CRM
• Identifying new business potential
• Visiting prospective customers to build relationships
• Managing an existing customer base by visiting sites and keeping relationships alive
• Raising quotes for new hire jobs, and monitoring these to conversion
• Liaising with the rest of the team to ensure our customer service is exceptional
Work experience/Person specification:
• Proven sales experience in a hire environment (plant, access, material handling, or similar industry).
• Strong communication skills
• Strong level of IT literacy
• Be willing to travel & hold a current Driving Licence
• You should be tenacious, dynamic, committed, and be a team player.
