How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Head of Strategy – Social, Creator & Cultural Marketing

    📍 London | Hybrid

    💸 Competitive salary DOE

An award-winning social and creator agency is looking for a Head of Strategy to lead and evolve its strategic offering as it enters its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic engine behind some of the most culturally relevant social, creator and content campaigns in the market. You'll work at the intersection of audience behaviour, culture, platform trends, data and creativity—turning insight into ideas that drive both commercial and creative success.

The role would suit an experienced strategist who thrives on solving complex problems, building strategic frameworks, developing teams and helping clients navigate an ever-changing digital landscape.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Leading strategy across key clients, campaigns, pitches and retained accounts
    • Turning audience insights, cultural trends and performance data into clear strategic direction
    • Developing campaign strategies, creator frameworks, content pillars and creative territories
    • Partnering with creative, client services and leadership teams to shape standout work
    • Leading senior client conversations and acting as a trusted strategic advisor
    • Playing a key role in new business, pitches and agency growth initiatives
    • Mentoring and developing strategists while helping shape the agency's strategic processes and tools
    • Contributing thought leadership around culture, social platforms, creators and digital behaviour

    What they're looking for:

    • 6+ years' strategy experience within a creative, social, influencer, media or content agency
    • Proven track record leading strategy across major brands and campaigns
    • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, audience behaviour and internet culture
    • Strong ability to translate data, insights and trends into actionable creative direction
    • Excellent briefing, storytelling and presentation skills
    • Experience leading client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
    • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of how strategy drives growth and client retention
    • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring teams and raising standards across an agency

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing agency with an ambitious vision, a strong creative reputation and genuine influence over the direction of both the work and the business.
