How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Creative Marketing Lead | Events Company | London | £50,000–£65,000

    • Central London (South)
    • 5 days per week IN OFFICE - 9am–6pm

An independently owned experiential events company is looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to head up their organic content function. With 15+ brands touring globally across the UK, Europe, Australia, and North America, this is a business that moves fast, thinks creatively, and has an incredible product to shout about.

This is a senior hire into a growing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the paid media function. You'll lead a team of content creators, own the creative strategy, and be hands-on where it counts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading, managing, and developing a team of 2–3 content creators, setting direction and maintaining output quality
    • Owning the organic content strategy, researching trends, tracking competitors, and staying ahead of what's next on short-form platforms
    • Hands-on short-form video creation across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook (CapCut essential)
    • Receiving, curating, and editing raw content from photographers and videographers globally
    • Running daily brainstorming sessions across multiple brand campaigns simultaneously
    • Managing influencer relationships — from identification and filtering through to long-term partnership building

    Skills & Experience

    • 4–6 years' experience in content or social media, ideally within live events, festivals, music, lifestyle
    • Confident leading or managing a small team, or clearly ready to make that step
    • Strong working knowledge of short-form video trends and platform behaviour across Instagram and TikTok
    • Proficient in CapCut; familiarity with Adobe suite a plus
    • Experience managing influencer or creator relationships
    • Comfortable juggling multiple brands and campaigns at pace

    Personal Attributes

    • Creative-first mindset, you think outside the box and bring fresh ideas consistently
    • Collaborative and communicative — happy to work cross-functionally across paid, design, and PR
    • Hands-on and adaptable — if a team member is out, you roll up your sleeves
    • Passionate about culture: music, events, entertainment, or lifestyle

    Salary & Benefits

    • £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience
    • Monthly company events and socials
    • Meal days, birthday perks, and monthly team drinks
    • A genuinely fun, social team culture
