As we continue to strengthen capability across the Group, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Retail Stores Recruitment, helping to attract and appoint high-quality talent into some of the most critical roles in the business.
You’ll operate as a true business partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to add value, shape hiring decisions, and build long-term capability across Morrisons.
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of Retail Management roles, working in partnership with leaders to deliver high quality hiring outcomes.
This will includes:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across roles within Retail functions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering market insight and challenge where needed
- Developing proactive sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on direct hiring and pipelining
- Building and managing diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, networks, our ATS and direct search
- Delivering high quality shortlists aligned to agreed assessment criteria
- Supporting fair, inclusive and well-structured selection processes
- Managing candidate experience and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment journey
- Using data and insight to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Contributing to the development of consistent, best-practice resourcing approaches across the team
- Provide trends, insight and conduct mapping where requires
- Plan and execute campaigns to reach out to passive candidates
You’ll be part of a close-knit resourcing team that works collaboratively, shares insight, and is focused on creating real value for the business.
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience is essential
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment / Talent Acquisition, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments
- Experience recruiting into professional, specialist or leadership roles
- A strong track record of direct sourcing and proactive talent pipelining
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using ATS and recruitment technology effectively
- A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
