Part Time | HR Advisor / HR Generalist
2–2.5 Days Per Week | Flexible Working
Elevation HR are supporting a fast-paced manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with a broad generalist remit. You'll partner closely with managers across the business, providing expert support on complex employee relations matters while also driving key HR activities including recruitment, performance management, absence management and employee engagement.
Key Requirements
- Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and talent attraction.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
