I'm working on a standout opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer to join the innovation function of a leading international law firm.
This is a genuinely different legal role, combining employment law expertise with AI, legal technology and process improvement to transform the way legal services are delivered.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to:
- Drive innovation projects across the Employment practice.
- Develop and implement AI and legal tech solutions.
- Support client-facing innovation initiatives and pitches.
- Improve legal processes and service delivery.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies across the business.
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Strong private practice or in-house Employment experience.
- A genuine interest in AI, legal tech and innovation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
