We are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives for a busy site based in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates to join a fast-paced environment carrying out essential hygiene and cleaning duties within a chilled warehouse setting.
This role would suit individuals with previous warehouse cleaning or hygiene experience, particularly within chilled or temperature-controlled environments.
The Role
Carrying out hygiene and cleaning duties across warehouse areas
Cleaning aisles, racking, and operational spaces
Decanting and removing empty boxes and waste materials
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and site presentation
Working within a chilled warehouse environment
Following all health & safety and site hygiene procedures
Shift Pattern
2–3 weekday nights per week + 1 weekend night
7:00pm – 7:00am
Overtime available
Pay Rates
£14.00 per hour – Week nights
£16.98 per hour – Weekend nights

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in warehouse cleaning or hygiene roles preferred
Experience in a chilled environment is highly desirable
Reliable candidates comfortable with night work and weekend shifts
Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
Ability to follow hygiene and health & safety procedures
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
