Wowme is a Brand & Packaging Design Agency based in the heart of Cheltenham. Established for over 20 years with both loyal clients and staff, we are looking to expand our team of Production Specialists (primarily sports collectible trading cards). This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity for any sports enthusiast.
We are seeking individuals with experience in large-scale rollouts. Candidates must have the ability to take existing designs and develop them to a high artwork standard in Photoshop, ensuring a smooth rollout and future adaptability for any changes.
Ideally, candidates would have experience in Photoshop using scripts, data merge and actions (plus InDesign data merge). Training will be provided during the onboarding period to bring successful applicants up to speed with our working processes.
Expert experience in the following software is essential:
· Adobe Photoshop (including retouching)
· Adobe InDesign
· Adobe Illustrator
Good working knowledge of:
· Acrobat
· Microsoft Excel
Additional skills:
Strong print production skills, including preparing files for print, comprehensive understanding of print processes, and working with print specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency, organisation, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior experience in a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of writing scripts or integrating AI into production processes would be advantageous.
Although working within a busy team, you should be confident in managing your own projects and liaising directly with clients.
