How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Corporate M&A Renewables Lead Lawyer - AI M&A Platform

    £Competitive + Equity

    London office - 3 days a week


    We’re hiring a non‑traditional Legal Lead for an AI‑native renewables M&A platform already used by institutional investors across Europe. You will deepen the platform’s legal intelligence, expand into new jurisdictions, and shape partnerships with M&A boutiques and investors.


    This is not a traditional in‑house role, you will work closely with the Founders shaping how complex energy transactions are automated, standardised, and scaled. It’s part legal, part product, part market‑builder. Ideal for a lawyer who wants to operate at the frontier of AI, renewables, and deal execution.


    This will will include

    • Providing red‑flag legal due diligence validation and identify gaps in model outputs.
    • Scoping regulatory rules and replicate them across new European markets
    • Supporting to Build/legal‑map renewable M&A ontology and QA model outputs.
    • Helping translate legal judgement into machine‑readable rules and improvement requests for models.
    • Leading partner relationships with M&A boutiques and client conversations.
    • Working across BESS, solar, onshore wind and over time, geothermal, hydrogen and data‑centre infrastructure.


    We are keen to speak with Renewable Energy M&A Lawyers who embrace new technology and are excited by working in a VC backed business where you will play a key role supporting the Founders expand into new markets across Europe. European languages would also be beneficial.
