Are you a qualified therapist looking for a flexible, remote role that fits seamlessly around your current private practice or life commitments? We are looking for empathetic, professional, and accredited Counsellors/Therapists to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic support to clients from the comfort of your own home, while we take care of all the administrative heavy lifting.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Therapy: Conduct professional, one-to-one therapy sessions with clients via secure video and voice calls.
- Manage Your Calendar: Provide us with your weekly availability, and our dedicated admin staff will handle all client bookings and scheduling for you.
- Maintain Clinical Excellence: Keep accurate, confidential client records in line with professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Accreditation: Active, fully registered accreditation with either the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) or the BABCP (The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies).
- Background Check: A valid, clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Remote Setup: Access to a private, confidential space at home with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional tech setup (laptop/webcam).
- Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with experience managing a diverse caseload virtually.
