Corporate Real Estate Lawyer | London | £170,000-£250,000 | 1-5 PQE
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer in London to join an highly regarded and growing commercial real estate team within a leading US law firm.
This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes, specifically working on Corporate deals where real estate is the underlying asset.
Working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative and well-supported environment. You will gain early responsibility while advising a sophisticated client base on market-leading work in London and internationally.

The Role:
- Advising on Corporate deals (M&A, Private Equity) where real estate is the underlying asset
- Supporting on complex cross border transactions, in Europe and the Americas
- Assisting with joint ventures and large-scale development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
- Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
The Candidate:
- Qualified Lawyer with 1-5 PQE and strong experience in Corporate real estate
- Strong background, ideally trained with a Silver circle / Magic circle / US law firm
- Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Either qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
