How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Ensure consistent application and governance of Get Living’s brand identity, alongside individual neighbourhood brands, across all touchpoints.
    • Support the creation, rollout and evolution of neighbourhood brands, contributing to wider brand-led and placemaking initiatives across the portfolio.
    • Manage and prioritise the end-to-end design workflow, taking ownership of incoming requests, timelines and delivery to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
    • Oversee projects from concept through to final production and installation, liaising with external suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy of execution.
    • Conduct regular creative reviews to maintain high standards of design quality, consistency and effectiveness across all outputs.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, actionable and commercially effective creative solutions.
    • Present design concepts and clearly articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers where required, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
    • Maintain and develop brand assets, templates and guidelines to support efficient and consistent delivery.
    • Support leasing, marketing and resident engagement activity through impactful and on-brand creative output.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve creative processes, output and brand impact.

    Experience and Skills Required

    • Proven experience in a graphic design or design management role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of high-quality, multi-channel design projects.
    • Extensive experience creating design work across digital, social and print platforms, with a strong understanding of channel-specific requirements and best practice.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (additional motion/video tools advantageous).
    • Strong understanding of brand governance, with the ability to apply and maintain consistency across multiple brands and touchpoints.
    • Experience supporting marketing, brand and placemaking initiatives, ideally within property, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
    • Hands-on experience creating and editing video content for digital channels.
    • Solid working knowledge of print production processes, materials and file setup, with the ability to manage work through to final output.
    • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers and production suppliers to deliver high-quality creative work (desirable).
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Key Competencies

    • Strong creative judgement, with a keen eye for visual detail, content and storytelling across multiple channels
    • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Collaborative and proactive, building positive working relationships across teams and stakeholders
    • Confident communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and present creative rationale
