The Team
The Corporate team is highly regarded for delivering commercially focused, partner-led advice across every stage of a company's lifecycle, from investment and growth strategies through to acquisitions, exits and succession planning. The team advises a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, private investment companies, owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals and international corporates across a wide range of sectors.
A key strength of the practice is its close integration with the firm's market-leading Private Wealth and Real Estate teams, enabling it to provide holistic and commercially minded advice on complex matters. The team regularly advises on family offices, trusts, private investment vehicles, limited partnerships and corporate structures, while also supporting a broad range of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and disposals through to large-scale cross-border investments and real estate fund structures.
Led by four Chambers and Spears-ranked Partners, the department has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, commercial awareness and outstanding client service. The Role

The Ideal Candidate:
- An England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Corporate law (preferably with experience from a top-tier law firm).
- Experience with corporate matters relating to private business/private company/private client would be ideal.
- Good experience in, and appreciation of, all aspects of corporate transactional work
- Strong commercial drafting skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and interact confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet demanding deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
