Talent Acquisition Advisor (Legal)
Bristol (Hybrid) | Full-time (flex considered)
Confidential Opportunity
Ideal background includes experience recruiting legal talent at Associate and Senior Associate level, along with a strong understanding of law firm environments and legal hiring processes. A proven ability to directly source and headhunt high-calibre candidates is essential.
We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to focus on lawyer hiring across key practice areas. This role will suit someone who understands the nuances of legal recruitment, from engaging high-performing fee earners to partnering effectively with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver targeted hiring strategies for lawyer talent, directly source and engage candidates across legal markets, and manage recruitment campaigns from initial briefing through to offer.
The role involves building strong pipelines of associate and senior associate-level talent, providing insight into the legal hiring market, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with at least two years’ recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment. Exposure to legal recruitment is highly desirable, although strong experience within professional services will also be considered. You will need to demonstrate a strong track record of direct sourcing, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, and work proactively is key, along with confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
This opportunity offers the chance to specialise in legal talent acquisition within a respected organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders on strategically important hires. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive People and Culture team, with flexible working options available. The role operates on a hybrid model, with a requirement to be in the Bristol office two to three days per week.
If you are a recruiter who enjoys headhunting high-calibre legal talent and influencing hiring decisions, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within an in-house environment. Apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
